We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Country Coordinators to join our team and support the implementation of our ARIPro (Africa’s Rapid Industrialization Program) skills training program.
About the ARIPro Program:
The ARIPro program is a comprehensive skills training initiative focused on manufacturing products. The program is scheduled to commence in February 2025 and will be conducted entirely online. The program will be rolled out across various countries in Africa.
Job Summary:
We are looking for talented and results-driven Country Coordinators to manage and coordinate the ARIPro program in their respective countries. The successful candidates will be responsible for promoting the program, coordinating logistics, and ensuring the smooth execution of the online training sessions. Additionally, coordinators will assist new trainees in opening Hanypay accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the ARIPro program in your country
- Promote the program through social media, email marketing, and other channels
- Liaise with trainers, participants, and other stakeholders to ensure successful program execution
- Manage program logistics, including scheduling, registration, and technical setup
- Provide regular progress reports to the Networked Business Minds team
- Assist new trainees in opening Hanypay accounts
Requirements:
Relevant qualifications and experience in program management, training, or a related field are required. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills are essential.
Salary:
The successful candidates will receive a competitive salary paid in AKL.
